Set up your company
Setup is two screens. Nothing is saved until you finish the second one.
1. Tell us about your company
Enter your company name, how many people work there, your country and the currency your books are kept in.
You can also describe what your company does, in your own words and in any language. For example: "We import auto parts and sell them to repair shops. We keep stock in one warehouse." Loopency reads the description and suggests the modules that fit. The description is optional.
2. Pick your modules
Tick the modules your company runs on. If you wrote a description, the suggested ones are already ticked; untick anything you do not need. The screen also shows what each choice brings with it.
Choose Open my workspace and Loopency sets everything up, then takes you to Home. You can turn modules on or off later in Settings > Modules.
Your plan
Every workspace starts on Community, which is free for up to 3 people. To change plan, go to Settings > Plan & Billing. See Plans and billing.
Invited by someone else?
If you joined through an invitation, the workspace is already set up. You skip these screens and go straight to it.
