Share a quote or purchase order

You can send a quote to a customer, or a purchase order to a supplier, as a link. They open it in a browser with no account and no password.

Open the quote or purchase order and choose Share link. Enter:

  • the recipient's name and email address, and
  • how long the link works: 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.

Loopency emails the link to that address. The link is shown to you once so you can copy it; it is not stored in a form that can be read back.

What the recipient can do

  • Read the document.
  • Ask a question, which you see along with the name and email they typed.
  • Act, such as accepting a quote. Acting needs a one-time code, which is always emailed to the address you entered, never one typed on the page.

Following up

The record lists its shared links with everything that happened on each: when it was opened, questions, and actions. You can reply to a question or Revoke the link from there.
