Plans and billing
Every module is available on every plan. Plans differ in how much of each module you get, and in limits such as AI credits and storage.

Changing your plan
Go to Settings > Plan & Billing to upgrade, see your usage against your plan's limits, and manage your payment details. Business starts with a 14-day free trial.
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
AI credits
Asking questions and agent runs use AI credits. Community has a monthly allowance shared by the workspace. On Business the allowance is per person and pooled across the account, so it can be used wherever the work is.
