Your first month

This is the path a new owner takes, from signing up to closing the first month. Each step is one short page with the clicks and a picture of the screen.

The examples follow one company, a parts distributor. Your screens use your own words: if you sell services, Loopency may say client or job where these pages say customer or order.

Two things you will see on every record

• The bar at the top of a record shows the steps your business takes for it and where this record is. When it says Waiting on a step, that step is a check a person makes. Do the check, then choose Complete and the step's name. The next button becomes available.
• The status next to the record's name opens a Move to menu. When a record can go more than one way, for example a sent quote that can be accepted or taken back, the choice is in this menu rather than on a button.
