When the trial ends

Your Business trial lasts 14 days. Three days before it ends, you get a message in Loopency and by email listing what will stop working.

When it ends, your company moves to the free Community plan by itself:

• Your data stays exactly as it is. Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed.
• Community is for up to 3 people. Viewers do not count. Teammates already in stay, but you cannot add more editors or admins.
• These stop working: the month-end close, budgets, expense claims, bank reconciliation, recurring invoices and tax filings.

Keep Business

1. Open Settings at the bottom of the rail, then Plan & Billing.
2. Under Upgrade your plan, pick Monthly or Annual.
3. Enter the number of People who will use Loopency.
4. Choose Choose Business and pay.
