Schedules
A schedule gives you a booking link: people outside your company pick a time with you through it, with no account. Anyone in your company can have one, in any module.
Setting one up
Open Calendar and choose New schedule (the same schedules are in Settings > Booking & calendar). You set:
- your weekly hours, in a stated time zone,
- how long a meeting is,
- how much notice you need and how far ahead people can book,
- where the meeting happens: an address or a video link,
- which hosts take bookings (each booking goes to the free host booked least recently), and how many guests a time can hold.
Each schedule shows its booking link with Copy link and Open. Pause stops it taking bookings without deleting it. Your booking links are also in the Calendar panel on the right of every page, and on a sales activity's meeting panel.
Keeping clear of your other meetings
Under My calendars, add the private iCal address of your calendar. Loopency reads your busy times from it, so a schedule never offers a time you already have booked.
When someone books, the time is checked again at that moment, so two people cannot take the same slot. The booking shows on your Calendar.
