Subprocessors

1. What This List Is

These are the third parties Jowgik uses to provide Loopency that may process Customer Data or personal data. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms. This list forms part of our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Subprocessors in Use

  • Hostinger International Ltd. Hosts the servers that run Loopency, including the application, the database and file storage. Server location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. DNS, content delivery, network protection and privacy-first website analytics. Processes connection data (such as IP addresses) in its global network.
  • Google LLC (Gemini API) Runs the AI models behind questions, agents and summaries. Receives the question or instruction and the records an agent reads to answer it. Paid API service: Google does not use this content to improve its products. Location: United States and Google's global infrastructure.
  • Google LLC (Google Sign-In) Signs in users who choose Google. Receives the sign-in request; shares name, email address and profile picture with us. Location: United States.
  • GitHub, Inc. Signs in users who choose GitHub. Shares name and email address with us. Location: United States.
  • Resend, Inc. Sends transactional email, such as sign-in links, invitations and notifications. Processes recipient address and message content. Location: United States.
  • Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh) Merchant of record for paid plans: checkout, payment, invoices, tax and refunds. Processes billing name, email, address and payment details. Location: United States.

3. Run on Our Own Servers

These are not third parties: the software runs on our Hostinger servers and no data leaves them for it. File storage (MinIO), application monitoring and traces (OpenObserve), and deployment (Coolify). Monitoring traces do not contain the text of questions, answers or the records an agent reads.

4. Announced, Not Yet in Use

We plan to add AI models from these providers so a workspace can use the model that fits its work. None of them receives any data today.

Before any of them processes Customer Data, we will move it to the list above with what it processes and where, and give the notice described below.

5. Changes and Objections

We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Data. Business customers who want an email when it changes can ask at [email protected]. If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us within that period; if we cannot address the objection, you may cancel the affected part of the Service and receive a refund of prepaid fees for the remaining term.
