Software for project-based businesses

Software for project-based businesses: jobs, materials, labor and billing.

An installer, an engineering firm or a small contractor wins a job, orders materials, puts people on it, handles change orders and bills in stages. Loopency runs those as one project with its purchases, labor and invoices attached.

Set up

New software means weeks of setup.

Describe your business

  • In your own words, in any language
  • Loopency suggests the modules that fit
  • Bring your spreadsheets

See what's stuck

Materials for a job are ordered by phone and forgotten.

Materials from purchasing

  • A started project requests material from purchasing
  • The requisition is approved and becomes a purchase order
  • A posted receipt records the stock and its accounting entry

Catch problems early

Change orders never reach the invoice.

Change orders and staged billing

  • A signed change order adjusts the project’s revenue schedule
  • A completed milestone creates its invoice
  • Reopening or cancelling the milestone voids that invoice

Automate

You check everything yourself.

AI agents that prepare the work

  • In the same business context as your team
  • They see only what their role allows
  • What an agent prepares waits for a person

Questions

Can a sale start the project and its purchase?

Yes. A closed deal can open its project, and a resale deal can raise its purchase order.

Do labor costs and budgets reach the project?

Yes. A posted payroll run allocates labor cost to the projects people worked on, and a project that goes over budget alerts its owner and finance.

What does it not do yet?

Construction-specific tools such as estimating from drawings, standard progress-billing forms or lien waivers are not part of it. There are no ready-made connectors, and the app is in English.

How much does it cost?

Community is free for up to 3 people. Business is paid per person, monthly or annually, with a 14-day trial. Current prices are on the pricing page.
