Inventory management software
Inventory management software connected to sales, purchasing and your books.
Loopency keeps stock by warehouse and bin, and every movement is tied to the order, receipt, transfer or work order behind it. Purchasing, sales and finance see the same numbers because they are the same records.
What it keeps track of
Warehouses, zones and bins
Hold stock by warehouse, zone and bin. A transfer moves it between bins, with the pick and the put-away confirmed by the people who do them.
Receipts that update stock and cost
A posted goods receipt records the stock movement, updates the stock’s average cost and posts the accounting entry.
Reorder rules
When a product falls below its reorder level, Loopency raises a purchase requisition. A person approves it and turns it into a purchase order.
Batches and serial numbers
Track batches and serial numbers. A batch nearing expiry alerts the warehouse and purchasing, and an expired batch is written off in the books.
Cycle counts and adjustments
A cycle count with a large variance is flagged for review, and an approved stock adjustment posts its accounting entry.
Stock value in the books
An inventory valuation posts its journal entry, landed costs are added to the stock they belong to, and shipping an order records its cost of goods sold.

Shaped around how your company works
Off-the-shelf software asks you to work its way. Loopency starts from how your company already works, and changes as the business does.
Describe your business
Describe what your company does in your own words, in any language. Loopency suggests the modules that fit and sets them up as you confirm each step.
Bring your spreadsheets
Import customers, products, open invoices and more from Excel or CSV. A preview shows what will be added or updated before anything is written.
Add what you track
Extend a module with the fields, records and add-ons your business needs. They get the same permissions, history and reports as everything else.
AI agents that prepare the work
Agents work in the same business context as your team and see only what their role allows. What an agent prepares waits for a person to approve it.
Questions
Is this inventory software or a full ERP?
Inventory is one module of a connected system. You can start with inventory and turn on sales, purchasing and finance later. They share the same products and records, so nothing is copied between them.
How is stock valued?
Each goods receipt updates the stock’s cost, landed costs are added to it, and shipping an order records the cost of goods sold. Inventory valuations post their journal entries to the ledger.
Does it track batches and serial numbers?
Yes. Batches and serial numbers are tracked on stock, a batch nearing expiry alerts the warehouse and purchasing, and an expired one is written off.
Can I import my product list?
Yes. Products, customers, open invoices and more import from Excel or CSV, with a preview of what will be created before anything is written.
