Agency management software

Agency management software that connects the sale, the project and the invoice.

A small agency sells a project in one tool, plans it in another, tracks time in a third and invoices from accounting, and the margin on each client is a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month. Loopency keeps the deal, the project, the hours and the invoice on one record trail.

Set up

New software means weeks of setup.

Describe your business

  • In your own words, in any language
  • Loopency suggests the modules that fit
  • Bring your spreadsheets

Catch problems early

A won deal is set up again as a project.

From deal to project

  • A closed deal can open its project
  • Tasks, time and budgets on the project
  • A project over budget alerts its owner and finance

Spot problems

Billable work slips through before it is invoiced.

Bill the work

  • A completed milestone creates its invoice
  • Time entries can be invoiced together
  • Drawing on a retainer applies the credit to the client’s invoice

Automate

You check everything yourself.

AI agents that prepare the work

  • In the same business context as your team
  • They see only what their role allows
  • What an agent prepares waits for a person

Questions

How is it different from a project tool plus accounting software?

A project tool knows the tasks and accounting knows the invoices, but neither knows the margin. In Loopency the client, the project, the time and the invoice are the same records, so the numbers agree without an export.

Does it handle retainers?

Yes. Drawing on a retainer applies the credit to the client’s invoice, and reversing a draw reverses it.

Does labor cost reach the project?

Yes. A posted payroll run allocates labor cost to the projects people worked on.

What does it not do yet?

There are no ready-made connectors to design, ticketing, chat or calendar tools; data comes in from Excel or CSV. The app is in English. A freelancer who only needs time tracking and invoices may be better served by a dedicated time-and-invoice tool.

How much does it cost?

Community is free for up to 3 people. Business is paid per person, monthly or annually, with a 14-day trial. Current prices are on the pricing page.
