Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy describes what you may not do with Loopency, provided by Jowgik. It applies to every user of the Service, including the AI agents and automations you configure, and forms part of the Terms of Service and the Master Service Agreement.

2. Prohibited Content

Do not use the Service to store, create or send content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harassing.
  • Infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Exploits or harms children in any way.
  • Contains malware, or links to it.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism or hatred against people based on a protected characteristic.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Accessing, or trying to access, another customer's data, or accounts and systems you are not authorized to use.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the Service's security without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, follow the process on our Security page.
  • Overloading or disrupting the Service, including through automated requests that exceed documented limits.
  • Scraping the Service, or copying its features, content or design to build a competing product.
  • Reverse engineering the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the Service without a written agreement with us.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages through the Service.
  • Processing special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or criminal records) without the legal basis and safeguards the law requires.
  • Using the Service in violation of export controls or sanctions.

4. AI Agents and Automation

AI agents and automations act on your behalf, so their use must follow this policy as if you acted yourself. In particular, do not:

  • Try to make an agent bypass permissions, approvals, separation of duties or the audit trail, including through instructions hidden in records or documents.
  • Use Output to deceive people, for example by presenting AI-generated content as a human's statement where that matters.
  • Make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person, such as hiring, dismissal, credit or pricing that singles someone out, based only on Output without human review.
  • Use the Service to generate content that the AI Usage Policy prohibits.

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy is being broken, we may remove content, disable an agent or automation, suspend access, or end the account. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

6. Reporting Misuse

Report misuse of the Service to [email protected].
