ERP for distributors and wholesalers
ERP for distributors and wholesalers, built around how you buy, stock and sell.
Loopency connects the sales order, the stock in each warehouse, the purchase order to your supplier and the invoice, so sales, the warehouse and finance work from the same records.
What it runs between your suppliers and your customers
Stock across warehouses
Stock is held by warehouse, zone and bin. A transfer moves it from one bin to another, with the pick and the put-away confirmed by the people who do them.
Stock reserved at the quote
An accepted quote reserves the stock it needs, before the order ships.
Reorder rules
When a product falls below its reorder level, Loopency raises a purchase requisition. A person approves it and turns it into a purchase order.
Purchase orders as a secure link
Send a purchase order to a supplier as a link. They read it in a browser with no account and can ask you a question on it.
Landed costs in stock value
Freight, duty and other landed costs posted against a receipt are added to the value of the stock they belong to.
Batches, serial numbers and expiry
Track batches and serial numbers. A batch nearing expiry alerts the warehouse and purchasing, and an expired batch is written off in the books.
Customer returns
An approved return credits the customer’s invoice, and restocking the goods reverses their cost of goods sold.
Drop shipping
When a supplier ships straight to your customer, the drop-ship order settles the sales order once it is in transit.

- Finance invoices it from the sales order.
- The payment is recorded and the order is closed.

- A person approves it and it becomes a purchase order.
- The purchase order is sent to the supplier.
- The goods receipt is posted and the stock is on the shelf.
- The vendor bill is matched and paid.

AI agents that prepare the work
Agents work in the same business context as your team and see only what their role allows. What an agent prepares waits for a person to approve it.
Questions
What makes Loopency an ERP for distributors?
Sales orders, stock by warehouse and bin, reorder rules, purchase orders, receipts, landed costs, returns and invoicing are one connected system. A receipt updates stock and the books at once, and a sale ships, invoices and is paid on the same records.
Can I run more than one warehouse?
Yes. Stock is held by warehouse, zone and bin, and a transfer moves it between bins, with the pick and the put-away confirmed by the people who do them.
How does reordering work?
Set a reorder level on a product. When stock falls below it, Loopency raises a purchase requisition. A person approves it and converts it into a purchase order, and the posted receipt puts the stock on the shelf.
Are landed costs included in stock value?
Yes. Landed costs posted against a goods receipt are allocated to the stock it received and added to its value.
Does it connect to my online store or marketplace?
The integrations page lists what is available, in progress and planned. Importing from Excel or CSV works today.
