# Loopency

Loopency is one connected system where people and AI agents run a company's sales, purchasing, inventory, production, projects, HR, support and finance together. It is built for 10-50 person B2B companies, such as manufacturers, distributors and project-based firms, that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools but do not want the cost and implementation burden of a traditional ERP.

## What Loopency does

- Connects every part of the business on one data model, so one customer order moves through stock, purchasing, production, delivery, invoicing and payment without re-entry.
- Runs cross-module automations: an approved quote becomes an order, a received purchase updates stock, a posted payroll posts to the ledger.
- Gives each company AI agents that work as authorized users: they see only what their role may see, act through the same permissions and approvals as people, and ask first where the company's rules say so.
- Shapes itself to the company: the Setup Engine proposes the modules, fields and record types a business needs where its work does not fit the standard shape, and applies nothing without the owner's approval.
